Susan­ne Sei­bel sup­ports cus­to­mer and inter­nal pro­jects as an Assi­stant Con­sul­tant. While stu­dy­ing busi­ness psy­cho­lo­gy (B.Sc.), she deve­lo­ps a sound know­ledge in the are­as of orga­niz­a­tio­nal psy­cho­lo­gy and con­sul­ting as well as in mar­ket, adver­ti­sing and media psy­cho­lo­gy. During her employ­ment as a trai­nee and working stu­dent at medi­um-sized, inter­na­tio­nal com­pa­nies and manage­ment con­sul­tanci­es, she was enab­led to put her skills in the are­as of orga­niz­a­tio­nal deve­lo­p­ment, stra­te­gy plan­ning and chan­ge manage­ment into prac­ti­ce and con­stant­ly deve­lop them fur­ther. She also has expe­ri­ence in mar­ket and com­pe­ti­ti­ve ana­ly­sis and mar­ket due dili­gence reports.
